Messed UP! how do I fix this?!

being stupid as myself.. i washed my SAMSUNG INTERCEPT with an anti bacterial wipe, now it's been messing UP!
It.. wont let me click on any APPS on the screen and it will not let me send any text message's, and I cant use the touch screen number's/letters. I tried washing it with a towel..and resetting my phone but nothing works.. what can I do to fix this? PLEASE..HELP!

Was the wipe soaking? Is it possible you managed to get liquid under the screen?
