What are the VOLTE plans? After reading the press release, I'm under the impression that the Connect just automatically sends voice over LTE.

It is currently only available in Dallas and only works with the LG Connect... I thought the LG esteem was supposed to work with VoLTE

probably their way to try and boost sales, the connect hasn't been doing to well. up till now the Esteem has been killing it.

i think you can all do it ive seen people on youtube do it and the sim card that comes with it is what has it i believe so just try and call someone then surf the internet or leave your data on and call someone and if the data signal is still there then you have VoLTE

No that Is incorrect volte is something else nothing to do with talk and surf

From what I read its in the firmware so if we can figure what it is in the firmware of the connect can't we just push it in ours

Was it actually? MetroPCS said only the Connect has it, and I think it's only the newer models

Exactly lol even though I dont have my esteem anymore. This crap pissed me off so much I came to defend it lol. This was one of their advertisement for LG Esteem didn't they brag about it having volte. Well not brag, but similar to that. Shows how metropcs is.
