So I did a little experiment. Sitting in the same place, I ran a speed test on H+ and then did a couple with LTE. This is on my Nexus 5X:

The first one today, 2/12, at 14:15 is on H+ and the next two are LTE. All three were sitting in the same place. As can be seen, my highest speed was yesterday at 38 meg download.
