    OK this is for all the people :) who are waiting just for the new original Galaxy s3 4.1.2 firmware R530MVQAMF. I managed to save the Download and kept it and now its uploaded for us all. Thanks to all the Dev for there hard effort and time like: Ldrifta, n4zty, nuttmeg, PlayfulGod and Shabbypenguin for the Metropolis 1.4 release and making it happen:thumbup:. This file is 1.2 Gb all in tact and original. Have fun everyone and cheers[​IMG] to all on the android forums.:D:D

    just what you needed to finish metropolis 1.4 by the way just my 2 cent when up and running 100% can you also post the best working recommended kernel for the 1.4.??? or i'm asking for to much.LOL

    from the post that i read it said there was a problem with the
    Boot animation ain't broke it's just black and u can't see it with a black background.

    thats merely my bootanimation.zip that i messed up on, has nothing to do with the stock files :p

    Lean kernel should work well on touch wiz... stock one is acceptable too...

    It's a tar file you can use in Odin to go back to stock firmware...

    Bookmark this Firmware archive | Samsung Updates and make sure to check often as samsung keeps releasing firmware for different devices.

    Odin Keeps Failing. I've tried multiple times & with different .tar files as well. Every time I double click a .tar file, it opens with the yellow exclamation shown in the bottom center of the picture. Some direction please. I can boot into download mode, and I lost TWRP. So I'm trying to get back to stock.

    STOCK-NA1 is the only file that wouldnt fail in ODIN for me.

    even after i got it on my phone i kept getting stuck on the metro pcs screen...

    i booted into recovery... did a clean wipe... rebooted... then everything was fine.

    THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP! GREATLY APPRECIATED!
