Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] GTA Vice City and Other Games

I've noticed a lot of games are not compatible with my phone from the play store. Even though the app itself says it's S3 compatible. I guess it's because the Metro PCS name they gave to the phone? I checked the build.prop and the phone is named differently SCH-R530M to be exact. Would it be safe to change the build.prop? Or is there a safer way?

The safer way would be to contact the app developer and let them know that SCH-R530M is actually a branding of the SGS3.
Otherwise, it's build.prop edit for you!

So I guess you can't download the games either right? I was just wondering, since a lot of people haven't really said anything about this.

I'd just bypass the playStore and sideload the game using the apk if I needed it...
Most likely, others are doing just the same, which is why you don't see it mentioned.

And if I'm not mistaken, once the app is downloaded, you can update it on the market if the link is fixed... you just can't initially install it. (Please correct me if I'm wrong here, someone).

All my games runs smooth as butter just purchased nova3 $6 from the market runs nice. temple run... and all my old games shawdo gun, angry birds, samurai 2 asphalt 6 ect..purchased 7 for a buck stupid game wouldn't let me play till i login to my Facebook ? got rid of it and my money back, all i wanted to do was race oh well..
