Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] No MDN & MIN. 4G data is working fine after NV restore n Rom flash

I updated my GS3 CM10.1 and lost 4G data.

I then proceeded to restore NV and flash back to a functional CM 10.1 rom.
It boots up fine, but I can't make or receive calls.
No MDN or MIN in settings
shows as 000-000-3450 for both. 4G data is working fine.
I tried restoring my stock back up, but it would not boot up.
Flashed back to CM 10.1 which boots up, but still no calls or text.

Any advice will be deeply appreciated.

All I can think of is Odin back to stock

no he needs to reprogram his phone number and min just make sure your on stock rom either stock jb,ics or even metropolis or number 2 and then call metro have their tech support help you re-program your number back on your phone. they will provide you with both your number and min number. after that u should be back to normal. aslong as your iccid isnt blank u should be 100% fine

For future ref, write down your mdn/min number and you can program it yourself and don't have to worry about trying to contact metro and waiting 30 minute to try to speak to some.

1. In dialer enter *#22745927

2. Enable Hidden menu. Exit back to dialer

3. In dialer enter **772

4. Select Edit option in the NAM Info screen

5. Enter phone number in the MDN field.

6. Enter MIN in the MSID field.

7. Press back key. Select Done. Device will reset.
