Help Metropcs marshmallow update

Does anyone know if metropcs lg g stylo will ever get the marshmallow update

That is entirely up to LG and MetroPCS. You might want to contact them and ask.

Best thing to do is keep an eye on our LG G Stylo forum here in Android Forums/Phandroid.

Once that update comes, you will see a flurry of activity. Also, if they do announce a date in advance, Phandroid will usually write an article about it.

We are scheduled to receive it but just don't know when. Boost/Sprint already has released theirs and some Boost/Sprint users here have it.
