I dropped my phone and now the mic and speaker will not work. Is it possible a connection came loose? I can't find any wiring diagrams online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible but it's more likely that you cracked the motherboard. A slight drop in just the right spot can do a lot of internal damage.

Thanks for the responses. I have a case. If not for the case i'm sure the phone would be entirely ruined. There are no other issues. If the mobo is truly damaged I think i'll just continue using my bluetooth headset and wait til I can upgrade again via T-Mo Jump. Jump includes a warranty but would rather not pay the $150 repair deductible.

Sure. I'm thinking like you, electromechanical transducers like a speaker, mic, possibly on its own sub assembly connected via fine ribbon cable. I did not look at manual to check, just knew the docs were out there. Good luck.
