Accessories Micro SD vs Micro SDHC

I am looking to purchase a Micro SD card for the Inc and I got confused on the whole SD vs SDHC. I found what appeared to be both versions in 16 GB. I read around and everyone says its the same thing. Anyone have issues using a SDHC card? or are they fine to purchase...

HC just stands for high capacity. Yes you are fine. If you can, go for a class 6 card or a card that advertises a high speed.

The class defines the write speed only. read speed is limited by the device capabilty. Since its limited, there really is no need to go for high class SD's unluss you want to write a bunch of stuff to it real fast for no reason since it will more then likely all read at the same speed.

what i'm saying, is the high class cards cost a lot more and arent needed. at least not for a cell phone.

Class 2: 16 Mbit/s (2 MB/s)
Class 4: 32 Mbit/s (4 MB/s)
Class 6: 48 Mbit/s (6 MB/s)
Class 10: 80 Mbit/s (10 MB/s)

Yup...if they were similar in price I would say why not get the higher class card. Good info thanks ;)

You can get any microSD card up to 32GB. Anything bigger won't be able to be read.

The different classes, as listed above, are only transfer speeds.
