I have misplaced my USB micro interface cable and it appears that not only Verizon is no longer selling the micro USB / wall charger, neither is Motorola.

Verizon recommended Best Buy, I purchased this stupid @$$ micro/mini extremely short interface Scosche FlippSync but the driver isn't recognized. WTF? Anyone have an idea where I can find the micro / wall charger????

I just bought a micro usb to usb cable for my phone at microcenter here in michigan. i dont know if theres one near you. If not, i'd check amazon as they are pretty cheap. I would also stick with a moto charger as all of my motorola phones have been picky with the chargers that they use.

Amazon.com: Motorola SPN5334 Mid-Rate Travel Charger for Motorola Droid A855:…

as for the micro usb to usb cable, i think i saw one on amazon for $0.01

    good luck

Go to Amazon.com and search for Motorola Droid micro USB data cable. It should give you a choice for an OEM cable. I got one for about six dollars and it works fine.

Another place to try is monoprice.com. A lot of people here recommend them.

Not to doubt you but, will they work?

I ask, because I have now purchased two USB Micro cables. One only charged the phone and the other a FlipSync piece of crap... the driver wasn't recognized and as this product is made in the good ole Republic of China, I can't seem to find the driver for this product.

I bought the OEM (original equipment manufacture) from Amazon and it worked for charging and data without any special drivers. I only got the cable not the wall charger but it was only 6-7 dollars. I can't do a link right now but just do a search and it should find the item. Hope this helps.

Ok, I'll go ahead and purchase it... but just because it says OEM I am still leery especially since I'm purchasing from an LLC. I'll try again.

    Ok, guys... thanks very much.

I just bought three from ebay (car, home, work) and they all work fine. (I can't do a search from here, but there should be more than a few listed)

It's just a standard micro usb cable. Nothing special. Wal-Marx, Best Buy, Office Depot/Max, Sam's, should all have one. They are also used by the newest Crackberries, so should be found pretty damn near anywhere.

What does LLC have to do with anything? There are plenty of reputable companies that are LLC's.

If you're going to buy a charger I suggest going ahead and getting one of the fast chargers.

Of course there are good LLC's but lately when purchasing computer and engine parts, I've come across these LLC's that are distributors forpoor quality Chinese products. Sorry about that, still reeling about some bad purchases on eBay.
