Help MICROPHONE DOESN'T WORK

so today I was getting phone calls but people can't hear me at all I call them they still hear nothing in order for people to hear me I have to use my PlayStation headset with a mic I have cleared cache partition that did nothing anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it ?

I did that a couple times the person on the other end is still saying hello so they can't hear me

Blow on the mic or poke the mics hole lol but yeah it might be dirty.

Actually I think you're right it's clocked up with lint from my pants over time lol I just don't have anything small enough to yank it out

True...I used a small safety pin before to yank it out but you gotta be careful you can get it clogged more or even damage it.
