Help Middle of touch screen will not work at all

Hello all,

Maybe less than two weeks ago my s8 plus started to act up, the center of the touch screen wont register any touches. I have factory reset and booted into safe mode multiple times but nothing is fixing it. Carrier is sprint and the phone is up to date. Attached is a screenshot from the touch screen test when you type *#0*# in the dial pad. You can see the middle is the issue.

anyone else experiencing this?

If the issue exists after a factory reset, it's most likely hardware. As it will definitely still be under warranty, your best bet is to give Sprint a call.

Do you have a screen protector installed?
