Minimize browser when playing music

Hi everyone. I stream my music from my PC to my phone using the website mycast.orb.com. It works very well, except I can't always minimize the window when a song is playing. Does anyone know why? Sometimes if I go to the home screen, it will keep the "Play" icon in the system tray and keep playing, but most of the time it will stop playing the song.
