Root minor update to vegan 5.1.1

I didn't have to redo the market fix. I didn't wipe data or cache either since its only a supplemental upgrade.

Thanks. I am having trouble getting it to install. I boot into Clockwork Recovery and when it tries to install it backs up fine but then says after locating and opening the file that the zip does not exist and aborts.

Got it to work - needed to go into recovery from boot rather than from ROM Manager.
