Mirror or extend desktop over wireless to droid

I was curious if there might be a creative way to make this happen. I just got a new AVR to which I have plugged my HDMI dock into. I have this laptop and would like to play things on my new projector from my laptop but the problem is that I don't have a hi-def out from my laptop. So I would like to be able to mirror or preferably extend my desktop to my droid x over wifi and have it show that on the projector.

Any suggestions?

you basically want whats on your desktop to show on your X?

DLNA can be used for that i do believe


edit:

you do have to set it up someway, and im not 100% positive on how so you need to research setting up DLNA more

it can work, not 100% sure i will tell you that now, but it can help

So, DLNA works for media but nothing else. This would work if I could share my desktop as media but I'm not sure that I can do that.
