    Hi guys.

Mostly loving my Desire, but there are a number of minor annoyances.

A major one is that if you miss a call or text, you get the notification icon and the flashing led, but other phones have had an audible reminder every few minutes that you had missed something.

Anyone know if there's a way of achieving that on the Desire?

    Thanks in advance

Hi there. If you type "notification flash 5 mins" in the search window, you'll see a thread that answers your question!

    Thanks nijbuck.

Looks like a few options to explore there.

I've installed Missed Reminder. Seems to have all the features I would need, but it remains to be seen how well it works.

    Regards

Good choice. When I first got my Hero the lack of audible notifications was one of the first things that bugged me. I installed 'Missed reminder' and it worked great. Been using it ever since.

Yes it is. It's also free. Only been using it for a day, so can't really comment yet, but others seem very happy with it.
