Missing album covers in stock music player

Hi All,
I have an issue with displaying album covers in my stock music player (v4.0.1.501). Almost every album is missing a cover. I put it in folder with an album and name it cover.jpg.
Am I the only one who has that issue?

I don't have a problem displaying album art, but my files have the album art embedded in them (I didn't put the art file in the music folder). Do they show fine everywhere else like in iTunes or any media players?

Some artwork displays some doesnt... IDK what the difference is.

I haven't run into this problem with the Nexus, but I have on previous phones.

There are a few apps in the market that will search out and apply album art to your music for you. I'm not sure how any of them handle content that is off the phone though.

These are the top free ones and I believe they will all work in batch or individual mode.

Doesn't it have to be named albumart.jpg, or am I thinking of Google Music?

Yesterday updated from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 and the issue was fixed
