Missing app icon after install ?

I have just done a reset of my phone, and I'm about to install all my apps again. But one of my apps is missing the icon. I can see that the phone is downloading and installing this app, and in the android market, I can see that it is installed - but no icon. I have tried to uninstall and install again, but nothing happens.

Some one who can help ?

I have the HTC Incredible S.
