I have Note 3 upgrade from Note 2. I used a samsung app to transfer from old phone all apps which inlcluded Yahhoo mobile mail. The app does not have a shortcut icon on front screens anywhere and it does not show in application manager at all. I cant redown load either cos it sjows as installed when I try. so i cant delete it nor reinstall but I need it on my phone. Anyone any ideas what I can do as dobt want to hard reset or lose all my data and old text messages.
