since up dating to 4.3 jelly bean on my galaxy s4 my portrait keypad is no longer there. has any one else had this problem. also I'm having problems with my 16 gb sd card, it keeps saying unexpectedly removed. took card out and cleaned it as some one advised but its still the same. had no problem using it in my galaxy s3. also it showed on front screen that it was inserted but doesn't show on galaxy s4. open to any suggestions, thank you
