Missing Samsung Galaxy S3 mini

I would like to know how i can track my phone samsung galaxy S3 mini if its stolen?My sim card is removed from my phone and i cant get locate my phone, because if the phone does not have a internet connection then it cant be found.But is there some another way how to track my phone?

I would be really thankful if someone know what to do.

Prey or Comodo both have tracking that works from gps or internet. It's impossible to track a phone without either of these.
