Root Miui suave hd help

I'm about to make a huge leap back to MIUI on my Triumph. I have to re-install 70+ apps. It sucks, but I want my SUAVE HD look.

I'm making this thread to ask for any links to SUAVE HD icons. I have the original MIUI SUAVE HD development page, but I want more icons.
