mkv support?

    anybody know if the atrix can natively play mkv files?

    Spot on, you need a 3rd party app to play them. Something like VPlayer would do the trick, there are lots of apps out there.

    hmm my brothers captivate can play them, is that just unique to that phone?

    Yep, I'm pretty sure Samsung added mkv support for the Galaxy S phones even though it's not included with Android. So those devices don't need a third party app.

    Thanks for the link to the motorola developer site! It answered my questions about Bluetooth... It looks like it does support plain old HID. I figured it would but you never know... motorola has done some weird proprietary crap in the past with their hardware.
