mms issues pacman Rom

Already tried the mms fix for aosp both the flash with manually changing apn settings and just changing apn settings alone. Neither work for me.

Can anybody running pacman confirm a working mms fix?

Also I noticed in the screen shots he had mm. Rather than mms. Though I tried it both ways to no avail.
