MMS on Blu

I have tried countless combinations of APN settings and am able to get data working, but I still can't get mms to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't get my data to work, but I did figure out the MMS, but it doesn't always work on outgoing, multiple receiver messages. Changed your messages so they show up in hangouts. I can always download them that way. If you have suggestions on how I can fix my data, let me know! Good luck!
