MMS Videos

When I get an MMS video I am unable to view/play the video. I had no issues on phones I have had in the past. Is anyone else having this issue. I am stumped.

Shows as a standard text, VID0001.3GP. I can't find any way to open it and play the video.

Try saving it first then playing it. If its 3GP, it should work fine.

Doesnt give me an option to save, even if I long press.

Maybe the file is to big....I just took a short video, sent it to myself and it came through fine.

It must be something wrong on your phone, because mine can play and save MMS videos just fine.....

Your first post made it seem like you cannot open any video messages.
So it's just one file you can't open? If so, i wouldn't worry about it.
MAybe ask them to send it again.

Another thing to try, try a different messaging app...

Honestly, that may have been the first mms video I have received, I don't get many of them. Just thought it was odd that there was no option to open or view. Thanks for the feedback.
