Root MMS with cyanogen...

    Trying to send or receive mms with cyanogen... isnt working for me...

    I have googled and saw others having the same problem, and that a way to possibly fix it was to delete the

    "telephony.db" file from

    /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/


    ... so i was going to try it...

    But i cant for the life of me find this file... i cant even get past /data

    I just dont see any folder or file past that... am i missing something simple here?

    I do not list that file on my device either.
    Where did you find the information cited?

    your looking at the data directory on your phone, not on your sd card right? I have no problem finding that directory on my phone with root explorer. Note I didnt look all the way to see the specific file you looked for, but I can go data-data and there is a ton of crap in there

    I was trying to use my astro explorer and i couldnt get to that folder... just download root explorer and found it, deleted. now im rebooting and i will see what happens

    i am running CM 7 13 i can receive em but it wont let me download or send em i was just about to post this good thing im not new to the search button lol
