nice, yea these are probably the best videos so far. i noticed something in one these videos where the reviewer said the phone ran "hot". i hope this was just because it's a new device and the battery is still new and hasn't gone through a few cycles of charging, etc.

Thanks! These are really good reviews that show much more about the phone than most reviewers.

I'm surprised that there aren't more of these. Where are all the extensive reviews in writing?

i have noticed that most sites don't post full reviews until the phone has been released to the public. there are a few out there, but they are short and full of "we will be doing more testing" or "we have yet to finish our tests for *insert part of phone here*"

Hahahaha. You and I are in the same boat when it comes to phones. I've got the Incredible, and it's rooted at the moment, but I don't want to put any ROMs on it or do anything more with it because I'm going to be giving it to my sister when I get the X.

These videos are very useful, it's nice to be able to get at least a brief look at some of what it has to offer. I'm concerned about why he thinks the camera takes bad photos though -- he's never really explained why, or what he's comparing it to... Are they too soft? Out of focus? Lacking detail? Terrible colors? I hope in future videos he explains his thoughts on the camera more. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, but I'm just interested to find out because I'd hoped, with its manual shutter and image stabilization, it might be better than most smartphone cameras, even though it'll never match a basic point-and-shoot of course.
