Help Mobile data gets restricted after its turns ON

when i truns ON the DATA on SIM 1 , its turning ON in sim 2 also, pls advise.

It's hard to offer advice when you haven't told us which device it is you are using.

All dual-SIM phones I've come across that allow both SIMs to be used for data have a setting that allows the user to choose whether it's enabled for each SIM.
