I read some where there that the mobile hot spot would be free for a month trail is that true ? I called sprint today and had it added to my plan for a day just to try it out and seems pretty good but he did not mention a free 30 day trial, I wish I could go on a pay as you use plan.

    Thanks...

there is no free 30 day trial. when these devices launched in june they allowed users a month of free use. that does not apply today. you will be charged the full price for this a la carte option...

please do a little research into Rooting.
then find an app in the market place called "wireless tether for root users".

that is it! good luck ;)

Note that doing that (tethering for free) is breaking your contract and that Sprint can terminate your account for it.

yes if you need more info on looking to rooting your phone, look in to the rooting subform on this main page. there you can get info on how to root and if its right for you. if you have any questions, send me a message and i will help you further.
