Help Mobile id has stopped working

Just got a LG Stylo 2 phone from Boost Mobile. I've had a few issues which were fixed. So now I have another one that I need help with... I'm getting a error message telling me that.. Mobile ID has stopped working... Would appreciate anyone who can help me with this....

Yes I did and message still coming up.

Have you rooted your phone?

I'm not saying that because you rooted your phone you got problem.

I know a way to fix that issue after a phone has been rooted.

I just froze that app on my Stylo 2. It just kept crashing and i don't want it anyways.
