Help mobile network problems

samsung galaxy w unable to activate mobile network (3g). WIFI works, any ideas
have pressed the power button and activated data betwork mode, think i have done the right things in network settings im new and hopeless

it may be from your Network Provider maybe low signal or something?

Have you set up APN settings in

Settings/Wireless and networks/Mobile networks/Access Point Names.....??

If you are with your original Service Provider, these should be set up OK...if you are using a SIM from another provider, you will need to set these up!!

You can also choose Network Mode here...leaving it on GSM only will save Battery!!!

But for higher speeds....

GSM/WCDMA Auto is best...
