Just got my Sensation on Monday and since Monday night, the Mobile Network in the notifications bar constantly cycles between "Turning on..." and "On". It only stays on for a second before going back to turning on. I've called t-mo, they say its a software issue. They had me try all the tricks including the cyphering and radio on/off method.

I know there have been issues with with data and this phone, but I have no connectivity whatsoever and I've tried it at many different locations, all high 4g areas. If I switch to GSM mode it still cycles the same way, only in and out of 2G. Is this the same issue others are having?

Any help, info or advice is appreciated.

Have you been in the app My Account? That App forces Mobile Networks to be enabled and can really screw you over. Try killing My Account, then a battery pull, (restart doesn't actually do much) Then to enable Mobile Network go to Menu>Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Data [ ]>Check the box. Also make sure that you are in a area that gets Mobile Data.

Hope I could help in anyway,

    Sincerely,
    Lucas
