This might be a stupid question, but since I updated to 4.3, I can't seem to find where to allow mock locations. In fact, I'm not even seeing a Developer Options section at all!

Am I missing something obvious? I've looked just about everywhere I can think of with no luck. I'm on VZW and not rooted.

Go to About device. Tap Build number about 7 times. You'll be told you're a developer. Go back 1 and you'll see Developer options right above About device. Mock locations is still in there.

    Thank you much!

Wonder why the hell they went through the trouble of hiding it so well? :/

Its not just on the s3, its the same across every android device now since 4.3.
Theres settings in dev options that can throw you into a bootloop so id guess its just to avoid kids and noobs from messing with things they dont understand

The Android operating system includes an option to allow 'Mock Locations'. This option exists to allow developers to test their GPS enabled apps from within the Android SDK Emulator which does not have GPS.;)
