Help Modem crash is repeating everyday

guys, I need your help !

my Phone ( Samsung A7 SM-A700FD, Andriod 5.0.2)
is crashing everyday now, giving me black screen with the following:

Subsystem Crashed: MODEM!

Done!

Modem Crash
UPLOAD MODE

so what seems to be the problem, how can I fix it, as I depend on my mobile for most of my work.

Try a factory data reset?

1. Power off.
2. Hold HOME+VOL_UP+POWER until you enter the recovery menu.
3. Select Factory data reset from the menu

Even if you do factory data reset its keep on coming back..after a day or two..

Sorry for bugging in i just have the same problem and i dont know what to do..

You could try reflashing the firmware with odin, but if an issue persists after a factory reset, it's most likely a hardware problem.

Are you still in warranty?
