Monitoring Hacks

I've recently been informed of something  called' BAR'. I was told it's a type of spyware for cell phones. I have a Android Moto Z, I have reasons to believe that my phone has been hacked and whomever it was now is visually seeing me in all I do, everyday,all day! I need HELP!!! Can anyone tell me how I can find this on my phone and also how to remove it?

What makes you think you're being hacked?

I've done a quick google and there's nothing to suggest anything about any hack called "BAR" impacting Android phones.
