Can anyone that has an unlocked Moto G and att check to see if its detected or shows up as unknown gsm phone in their account. I want to get one but don't want to give up my $10 data plan. Hoping att doesn't have the direct from Motorola imei's.

In the US some networks charge users if they swap phones from their contract one and dont pay an upgrade fee.

Thank heavens they dont pull that here in the UK!

They are much kinder here, when you plug in a SIM that is new to the phone,(or phone to the SIM) you get an immediate Text from the network, setting up your Interenet for you!
I have had this happen with Vodafone, Orange, o2, Tesco, etc.,!
I think they are just glad of the business!
