I have sleeping on between 1030 and 0600 and I can see the icon so I know it's working after 1030 but I still get all of my notifications. And yes silence is checked

Anyone having this issue or know what I might be doing wrong?

I've used Tasker for this purpose for a long time, so I don't use this part of assist. Are you saying the notification sounds still play, our just that the notifications appear but are silent? If they appear but are silent, that's what I would expect.

I just tested this on my Moto X (GSM Developer Edition) and notifications were silenced (they still appeared). When the "sleeping" notification appears, does the silence icon appear in your notification bar (it does on mine)? Are you using anything else that might affect notifications, like Ligjhtflow or something similar?
