I changed the boot animation on my tilt...man I hate working with .gifs; it's maddening.



But if someone has a video, I believe I can separate it into frames for you. Do you think it matters how many frames you have? What if the animation you put on your phone is longer than the factory one? Is there something in the "registry" that will allow you to change the timeout time, or something to that effect?
