Apologies as this is an old issue but with a new twist.
The charging icon shows the phone is charging but the battery status under "Settings" indicates "Not charging". The level reported is 95%.
If a go into Bootloader I can see that the battery is OK. When I enable BP Tools and go into CQATest and select CQA Menu Mode, Battery, Battery Info I see:
Battery Level: 100.0%
Battery Voltage: 4.276 V
Battery Health: BATTERY_HEALTH_COLD
Battery Plugged: BATTERY_PLUGGED_AC
Battery Present: TRUE
Battery Status: BATTERY_STATUS_DISCHARGING
Battery Technology: Li-ion
Battery Temperature: -30.2 C
I've performed cache reset and factory reset. I've used different chargers and cables but the "Not charging" remains. I'm only able to "charge" the battery while in Bootloader.
It would appear this is an OS and/or App issue. My next step would be to disable one App at the time until the issue is resolved.
Any other ideas?
