I purchased my Razr two weeks ago through Verizon. For the last week I cannot use my Motorola music player. I wirelessly downloaded my music and it worked fine for a day after which every time I try to open the app I get a force close message. I've search the forums and cannot find anything on this. Anyone know about this issue and how to fix it?

    Thanks!

Hi Ellio, welcome to AF! :)

I'll move your post to the RAZR forum where hopefully others who use the device will be able to assist.

This same thing happened to me, I fixed it by going to the manage apps area in settings, selecting the music player, and choosing erase data.

The same happend to me. Just want to add that it seems to be related to the motocast app., I could start the music app as long as motocast was running in my pc

I just picked up the razr two days ago. I'm disappointed with the motorola music player. only thing I like about it is the buttons on the lock screen to control tracks without having to unlock the phone. But I have found the google music app to be a decent alternative.

You guys should try PowerAmp or Doubletwist, much, much better than stock.
