Motorola Spicext300 sync/connect to pc problem

hey guys,

bought a data cable today to sync my motorola spice with my windows comp but even though I have installed the drivers - keeps saying it fails to recognize when i plug in the usb.

trying to get it to work so I can run a home-made app onto it.. but not having much luck getting the thing to connect up.

any suggestions?
