My device arrived in pristine physical condition...at least to the naked eye. During my initial setup, the keyboard started to malfunction, clicking a single little sent multiple presses. I restored to factory defaults and it happened again. After 9 different people at Motorola, no kidding, I finally found someone to help me process an RMA. Looks like 2 and 1/2 weeks until I see a replacement. At first, they wanted to charge me $25, non refundable to hang onto the device until the new one arrived. The phone is usable...I found by trial and error that when it starts to glitch, I shutdown the screen and when I bring it back online, it is fine for a while. Texting is a real pain. Oh well.
