move from SD to phone memory?

is there a way to move apps,games, files whatever from the SD card to internal phone memory? (droid 2)

whenever i search it from phone to sd always comes up, i wana know if theres a way to move from sd to phone

Are you asking if you can move apps to the internal memory from the SD card? If it is just go settings -application -manage apps n you will c that option

Generally speaking, to move stuff to the phones internal memory, you need root access.

not so much apps, but more specifically like music files and some games where you need to DL files to the sd card. i kinda wana move some of that stuff from the SD card to phone memory. just cause it seems most stuff goes to the SD and i wana use some phone memory instead of all the SD
