Is there a way to move my Google Music cache to the external SD card (my g2x has an internal and external SD card).

Will "Move Cache for Root Users" work? This app looked promising, but I want to know if it will work before I root my phone.

I had uninstalled Google Music because of it's app size, but now that I'm rooted I'll reinstall. "Link2SD" will move almost everything to SD. I just reinstalled GM, my free memory went from 105.5mb to 104.9mb, it's linked to SD.

Just not sure if I like GM, When I sync my music, GM doesn't seem to get every album right. Probably bad ID3 tags to start with, but my other phone player (Cubed) doesn't seem to have a problem.

So you got the cache (as well as the app) moved to the SD card? Do you know if the cache is stored on the OS partition of the SD card or the other one?
