I had been hearing that it may have been because of Handcent SMS but I removed it and it still moves slow. Text messaging, moving to home screen, etc. Things just move very slow. How can I fix this?

Do I have to go to each program individually and clear the cache? Do I clear the data too? I just installed Advance Task Killer.

Yes you have to do them one by one. If you hit menu and sort by size it makes it a little easier. DO NOT clear the data though.
