what software do you need to play videos after you put them on your pc?
I'm not sure, I haven't tried this yet, but I think VLC player should be able to play .3gp videos. Check it here.
EDIT: I just checked, Windows Media Player can play the 3GP format too.
You can use any video player, as long as you have the Correct AMR codec installed.
If you download the Full K-Lite Codec pack, you will get this included.

Or just use VLC, and you won't need codecs
Its a good player, granted. I don't like the GUI much tbh. But it plays everything.
