Is there a way to download movies to the sd card or to the phones memory from the phone? Like downloading a torrent to the phone. Also if that is possible, what would I use to watch it on the device? Even if there is a way I can pay for the movie and watch it from my phone. The hard drive in my laptop cramped the bed so i have to wait for my new one to get here that is why I am wondering if there is a way to do all of this directly from the phone.

You can download movies straight to the phone by just browsing the web and clicking download. Now for a torrent, I am not sure about that one, but if you can find a site like megaupload or something, that will work.

There is a torrent app called "Andtorrent" that works great, but uses a lot of your CPU resources and most of your bandwidth, but I have been using it to download TV shows right to my phone and then play them with "DIVX Player".

Divx player is in beta, but there's an .apk somewhere around the forum here.
