I purchased the Documents ToGo for my Motorola Droid on a Saturday, then I replaced that phone with the HTC on Monday. I went to the Marketplace and checked my downloads. All my previous purchases and downloads were there, but not the Documents ToGo (purchased version). I use the same google account for both phones, so that shouldn't be an issue - as stated above, all other downloads are there. Contacted DataViz, was told they could not help me. Contacted Google Checkout and was told to contact DataViz. Emailed DataViz via Google Checkout to see if this would help. Was thinking of contacting my credit card company to open a dispute. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to solve it?
