mp4 videos?

I am new to this so i was wondering how i get mp4 videos from my comp. to my eris? i went to the help site and am pretty sure i synced it with my phone so how to i get those on my phone? thanks for any help

You can make a folder on your microSD card called "Videos" and copy the files over to it using the USB cable. Mount your SD card first. Then after you copy and unmount, you can find your videos in Albums.
